The blocks jump around throughout, then stack to reveal the HiT name. On each block, "H" is white on red, "i" is blue on yellow, and "T" is white on blue. The two blocks (left and right) walk away. As it leaves only one block, the block still moves, then once the block becomes still. "HiT entertainment" fades in below. Variants: There is a more common variation with "HiT entertainment" already seen below the blocks at the beginning. There exists a still version, as well, with the totally white background. It was seen on games and some shows on PBS Sprout. There is an even shorter version which only shows the part after the blocks walking away. It can be seen on post-2008 episodes of Fireman Sam. FX/SFX: The blocks dancing. Music/Sounds: An upbeat flute tune, or the end theme of the show. Availability: Common, specifically on Barney & Friends episodes from the actual season. As with the 2nd logo, most shows aired on PBS Kids follow it by the Connecticut Public Television logo except Barney & Friends and Thomas & Friends now has the Thirteen WNET New York logo since 2009. Fraggle Rock and Shaun the Sheep DVDs also contain this logo. This logo also began to plaster the Big Feats! Entertainment logo on PBS Kids' Wishbone repeats. Scare Factor: None. It's a cute logo, but may be annoying for people who are fans of the older logos. |
