Wubbzy and Widget are having a great time in the water, but for some reason Walden stays far away, up on his blanket. He would rather build elaborate sandcastles or study crunchy crabs. Then a trapped Dolly-dolphin is in trouble, and Walden is the only one who can help all he has to do is swim out to the Dolly-dolphin. Walden is forced to reveal that he cant swim thats why he stays away from the water. Wubbzy and Widget are happy to help Walden face his fears, and the Dolly-dolphin is saved.

He tries to come up with substitutes a cantaloupe, a bag of marshmallows but nothing will do. Widget builds the Ball-o-rama to create a new ball, but it comes out square, then oblong, then too kicky one kick and it disappears into the sky. Finally Walden comes to the rescue, pointing out that a flat kickity-kick ball makes a perfectly good Flippity-Flip. Now they have a new game to play!

Then they decide to see if they can make the Happy Hopper work that might cheer her up. Walden figures out whats wrong with it, but then the machine runs off with Wubbzy stuck on it. They need Widgets help to save Wubbzy, and thats what finally rouses her from her blues and gets her back to her old self.
